Commitment to Loyola Student Employees

At Conference Services, we are dedicated to our student workforce. Our department’s goal is to provide a positive learning environment for student employees that will allow them to develop their leadership, teamwork, customer service and decision-making skills. Not only do students work around the clock during our summer conference season, but also during the school year in addition to their studies and extra-curricular activities. Our student employees have the opportunity to take leadership roles within Conference Services as well. Management positions are filled by experienced and responsible student leaders who have exhibited an exemplary dedication to customer service.
